Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. I’ve tried to close my account 5 times and they just ignore me. Live Chat, Emails and even WhatsApp messages. They do not care about their customers. Avoid at all costs. Can someone help me get my account closed?

AVOID!

Been playing on palmslots for a while. They never withdraw your money, they are holding it in your account waiting for you to lose them. Customer Service is horrendous and never does anything for you. Only reasons i give them 2 stars instead of 1 is that they give you good cashback (after spending thousands of pounds), but thats about it. They have max bets on sportsbook which kills the experience.Avoid!

I mean where do i start

I mean where do i start, I have a gambling problem and i have asked palmslots via email and live chat many times to bann my account or at least put a gambling limit on my accout and every time they say “we are working on it” but never do. I play at many casinos in real life and online but some how i have the worst luck in palms slotas coinsedent? I think not, the gameplay is very diffrent from other casions it is not normal i lose my money 9/10 times on palm when in other casions i lose 4/10 times the diffrence is huge i am thinking that some games are rigged i even spent 5000€ making a comperecent from mr green casion vs palm slots 2 times and palm did not even give me a chance . withdraw time is like 2 weeks so take lose your money elswhere. i recently won 18000 on my account and it’s taking a week so far to withdraw the money onto my bank account, I keep sending them emails about it saying where is the money and I get the same response everytime that it’s handled by another department, I have completed all the necessary documents for them so there should be no problem to withdraw my money.

I've repeatedly requested to close my account due to a gambling addiction, but the company refuses and postpones it. In the meantime, they do offer bonuses and allow me to deposit money, even though I've repeatedly requested to close the account. It's a disgrace for a company that doesn't provide a proper safety net for people who don't want to gamble.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. It takes days to get a reply to an email. I requested my account to be closed asap I am a gambling addict and it took days for a reply . The reply was trying to convince me to keep my account open. I have deposited 100s since requesting my account closure. I will be reporting palm slots to the relevant gambling authorities and seeking legal advise

Is there a minus 10Option? Refuse to kyc no response all all emails what’s app ignored. I’ve never experienced such a low level of customer service. Money cannot be withdrawn as refuse to response and live chat is a farce !
