From start to finish we were informed about everything. Wait times, forms received etc. I chose Paloma Health as shorter waiting times and had option of face to face or virtual and I wanted a face to face. The 2 members of staff that saw through our virtual appointment and face to face appointment (Christopher S and Katy J) were absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend Paloma Health to anyone wanting a fast but in depth assessment with people that makes the experience less stressful and make you feel listened too.
