From start to finish we were informed about everything. Wait times, forms received etc. I chose Paloma Health as shorter waiting times and had option of face to face or virtual and I wanted a face to face. The 2 members of staff that saw through our virtual appointment and face to face appointment (Christopher S and Katy J) were absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend Paloma Health to anyone wanting a fast but in depth assessment with people that makes the experience less stressful and make you feel listened too.
After being ignored by the school and then waiting over 2 years for an assessment with the local team we asked for a referral to Paloma, as they also specialise in female masking. Best decision ever. Assessment was completed within 6 months, we had guidance and clear timeframes all the way through. First time we felt taken seriously. Brilliant.
I chose Paloma Health for my 7 year old son after selecting them from the right to choose pathway. Neither myself or my sons school knew what to do or expect (nor did my own GP). I am so glad I made this decision. It was 3 months from my referral to a successful diagnosis of ASD. After years of waiting, wondering & stress we now have answers & can positively move forwards to give our son (and ourselves as parents) the support we needed. Katy & Emma were fantastic, so caring, empathetic & understanding. And I cant thank the team enough for how well they have listened and just got it. Thank you so so much. Highly recommend Paloma Health for a remote assessment via the RTC pathway.
Fantastic service. Fully informed throughout with excellent pre and post assessment resources and excellent well informed, compassionate professionals. Can't fault them and have already recommended them to other parents looking for support. Just waiting for ADHD child referrals to be accepted then I will happily use again.

I chose Paloma for my son as the wait times were shorter and they offered remote appointments. The process was really straightforward and the staff were amazing with both me and my son. The whole process from referral to getting his report took roughly 5 months. I would highly recommend paloma.
