I really like the product, it was easy to install and is high-quality. I have a ton of clothes including heavy coats on the 3 Tier Gold rack and it doesn't bend at all. It also doesn't put much strain on my wall, just uses it for stability. I like the industrial look as well. The only hesitation I had in buying them was that I wasn't sure if I could change the configuration of the racks as I wanted (I wanted 2 with both hangers and the one in the middle to just have 1 for long items like dresses and coats, but from the website it didn't seem like that was possible for the gold version, so I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived that it came with the extra hardware to do whatever configuration I wanted.I recommend this product and company!
