The products were not packaged well and arrived damaged. It was also more difficult to install the shelves than expected because they didn't fit and required cutting to fit in the brackets. We were also missing mounting brackets. If we hadn't already installed half of it before realizing, we would have returned.
I absolutely love my new closet! I honestly never imagined I’d have such an amazing space in my own home. It completely exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. I’m already looking forward to adding more upgrades to my house.
I received my parts at the beginning of December. While assembling, I found that many pieces were dented and some were already rusted. I contacted customer support for replacements, but the initial reply was just a request for me to follow up, with no real help provided. After two follow-ups, it seems I'm still not getting a response.
This has been a complete disaster. I ordered hangers but received a wall rack instead, which is unusable for me. Mistakes can happen, but I contacted customer support right away and have had no replies. They took my money, sent the wrong item, and are ignoring my inquiries. Customer service is nonexistent. Avoid this seller.
I sent several emails without getting a reply. I purchased multiple products, including three complete kits. Two of the kits were satisfactory, but the third had significant issues. The threads were misaligned and wouldn’t secure to the flanges. The couplings differed from the first two sets, resulting in incompatibility. Additionally, not all the flanges matched (some had holes while others did not).

I reached out to customer support for replacements, but the first response was merely asking if I still needed help, with no actual assistance provided. After following up twice, I have yet to receive a proper response.
