I signed up for a party at a booth in the mall back in October, and the representative promised to contact me the following Monday, but she never did. I reached out to her multiple times, and she kept saying she would call back, but it never happened. Meanwhile, friends placed orders without my knowledge. I eventually had to contact another consultant to resolve the issues. After several calls, I was told to file a complaint, but I still haven’t heard back from anyone. I find it hard to believe that such behavior is acceptable in a company. I still expect a resolution.
