I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this coffee maker to anyone. I purchased a coffee maker as a Mother’s Day gift, and right out of the box, it displayed flashing error codes indicating overheating. Initially, the support team was responsive and sent a replacement, but I had to handle the return of the defective unit myself.
The replacement worked for just a few months before failing with the same error codes. I contacted support again, went through troubleshooting, and since it was under warranty, they sent another replacement, requiring me to cut the cord off the old unit as proof of its failure.
Today, the third coffee maker arrived. We plugged it in, and shockingly, it showed the same error codes right out of the box. It did not function at all.
After another call to support and more troubleshooting, I was informed I needed to return this unit for evaluation, given the history of replacements. I’ve now dealt with three defective coffee makers, numerous phone calls, and a lot of wasted time — all for a $300 product.
I shouldn't be experiencing repeated failures and delays at this price. I also shouldn't have to wait for them to investigate a product that has already failed multiple times.
Ultimately, I requested a refund and decided to move on from this brand. Quality control is definitely an issue, and the inconvenience caused to customers is unacceptable.
In summary: high price, repeated failures, and not worth the hassle. I strongly recommend looking for alternatives.
I want to highlight that my representative has been excellent, but her hands are tied by company policies. I received a coffee machine as a free product from my party, and while it works well with regular coffee and k-cups, it struggles with espresso pods. The company replaced it in May, but my warranty only covered the month of my party in January. They sent a new espresso pod insert, but I suspect the issue is with the machine itself, as it often leaks water due to a blown seal. I frequently have to pause it to fix the seal, which is frustrating. Just today, I had to redo the process three times, resulting in a mess and not enough coffee. It's costly to replace the pod and start over. I have a return label, but they won't send a replacement until I return this one, and I need to find a suitable box first. I wonder if others are having similar problems, as it seems hard to believe I'm the only one. This raises concerns about a potential recall. Additionally, to the individual who referred to us as suckers, it's important to remember that many people hosting parties are trying to help others get products, but with warranty issues and poor customer service, it’s challenging to feel good about supporting this brand.
We received a brand new Multi-Prep Set as a gift, but it didn’t work when we opened it. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that they couldn’t assist since the product has been discontinued. Very disappointing product and terrible customer service for not supporting a brand new item.
I want to start by acknowledging that my representative has been very helpful, but her options are limited by the company's policies. I received a coffee machine as a free gift from the party I hosted. It works well with regular coffee, k-cups, and espresso pods, except for the espresso pods. The company did replace it for me in May, but my warranty only covered the month of my party in January. They sent a new espresso pod insert, but I believe the issue is with the machine itself. It tends to leak water from the back of the insert due to a blown seal. I often have to pause it to fix the seal and then resume brewing, which is frustrating. Just today, I had to repeat the process three times, resulting in a mess on the counter and not enough coffee in my cup. It's expensive to keep replacing the pod and starting over. I have a return shipping label, but since it’s the holiday season, they won’t send a replacement until I return this one. As soon as I get a box, it’s going back. I wonder if others are facing similar issues, as it’s hard to believe I am the only one. This raises concerns about a possible recall. Also, to the person who called us suckers, it's important to remember that many people hosting parties are helping others obtain their products. However, with the warranty issues and subpar customer service, it’s difficult to feel good about supporting this product.
My spouse purchased three stoneware baking pans at a party hosted by an authorized seller about 15 years ago. At that time, the seller mentioned a lifetime warranty on the pans. Now, one of the pans has developed a hairline crack, and we have always taken great care of it. I checked the company’s website, but it was unclear about the warranty details. When I called, I was informed that these pans only have a 3-year warranty. We will not be buying any more products from this company in the future. Their claims are not trustworthy.
I signed up for a party at a booth in the mall back in October, and the representative promised to contact me the following Monday, but she never did. I reached out to her multiple times, and she kept saying she would call back, but it never happened. Meanwhile, friends placed orders without my knowledge. I eventually had to contact another consultant to resolve the issues. After several calls, I was told to file a complaint, but I still haven’t heard back from anyone. I find it hard to believe that such behavior is acceptable in a company. I still expect a resolution.
I ordered a mystery box for $50 ($60 with shipping), and it was a huge disappointment. It contained a pair of tongs, a reusable bag, and a tiny jar of seasoning. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, they said there were no returns allowed. The fact that they have a no-return policy is a significant red flag. Their website claims they want customers to be fully satisfied, but that hasn't been my experience.
Although I've never bought anything from this company, I attended some parties in the past. I'm amazed by how many people pay such high prices for these products when similar or better options can easily be found online for much less. I’m surprised that this multi-level marketing company is still in business, and I can't believe people willingly work for them.
