I love most of PC products. I've had parties & have purchased items from different consultants. They were all great. The customer service seems helpful.I love cooking with the stoneware. However, my THIRD pizza stone just cracked. This has happened THREE TIMES during normal use. I have not dropped any of them. They cracked from the oven heat (was cooking within the guidelines). The most recent cracked stone was a replacement for another cracked stone (they did not want to replace because it would be replacing another replacement). They finally replaced it. Used it one. It cracked WHILE COOLING ON THE STOVETOP AFTER cooking!! It was not cracked when I pulled it out of the oven & placed on the cooktop, but was cracked when I went to pull the pizza off after cooling 5-10 minutes later!! I had even cooked it 100 degrees less than the guidelines said was safe. There was no one else around that could have pulled a sneaky. I was alone.I don't know what is going on with the PC pizza stones, but this should not be happening. I take very good care of my stoneware. This is very disheartening.
