It was a simple enough request......Can I register my product.Firstly their registration page wouldn't let me access the drop down menu for where I bought my machine, yet insisted it needed said info for the registration.I ended up on the online chat help where I could only seem to type a couple of characters at a time. I eventually found out I was wasting my time anyway as it's covered by Amazon only as they have discontinued the item (another new thing to know)
