Unreliable cameras

I tried to contact Panasonic to discuss my concerns but to no avail they do not appear to have a customer service email address. I wrote a letter but do not know who to send it to - I hope a copy of my letter will fit in this window.I have three Lumix cameras and each camera has two batteries.1.Model DMC-FS30 Serial Number WL0CA0015542.Model DMC-TZ60 Serial Number WP5AB0012033.Model DMC-TZ80 Serial Number WS9GA002439Camera 1 – it no longer charges – I do not know if the batteries are at fault or the charging lead is at fault or the camera itself is at fault. The cost of a potential repair made it a wiser buy to get camera 2. When it worked, it worked well which is why I purchased camera 2Camera 2 – This worked well until all the lettering came off the option selection dial – I contacted Panasonic to purchase another dial but thy would not supply one– this I could live with until the shutter release started to work erratically – not a very good function when trying to take critical photographs. One feature this camera did have was the ability to shoot through glass where the camera focused on the object being photographed not on the glass window that the object was being viewed through.Camera 3 – This was supposed to be my best and possibly last camera. The zoom lever has now stopped working. The only way to Zoom in and out is to use the control ring at the base of the lens. I now know it can get worse as it now makes and awful grinding noise when it is turned on and off as the lens extends to its starting point. This later version of the camera did not have the “shoot through glass” option – a step back in my opinion. So now to my question – give me a good reason to buy another Panasonic/Lumix camera as opposed to purchasing a Canon or other brand of camera?
