I received my microwave and after setting it up, it only ran for two seconds before shutting off. Upon inspection, it seemed like a faulty return was sent to me. The door had a broken section, the side panel was loose, and there was a cup ring on the stainless steel surface. I recorded a video but had no way to share it. I'm extremely disappointed with what was supposed to be a high-quality microwave.
