After sending the necessary details and photos via WhatsApp, I was promised a quick response, which never came. The next day, I was informed a technician was reviewing my case, yet again, no timely feedback. When I inquired further, I was told my situation required higher-level investigation. I requested to be connected with the refund department, but was informed that approvals were needed from higher authorities. After researching my rights, I decided to reject the TV according to consumer laws. I submitted the required paperwork on their website, expecting a response within 24 hours, which also didn’t happen. After 90 hours of waiting, they responded with the same excuse about needing approvals. It has now been a week since I submitted my paperwork, and I'm still left without a functioning TV, with the packaging cluttering my hallway. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I received my microwave and after setting it up, it only ran for two seconds before shutting off. Upon inspection, it seemed like a faulty return was sent to me. The door had a broken section, the side panel was loose, and there was a cup ring on the stainless steel surface. I recorded a video but had no way to share it.
