The customer service I received felt outdated and condescending. I reported an issue with a combination microwave that wasn’t cooking food properly, confirmed by an oven thermometer. Despite requesting a refund, I was repeatedly told that it wasn't possible due to warranty terms. Thankfully, I knew my consumer rights and requested a refund just before the deadline, which was grudgingly approved. However, the unit had to be returned to their warehouse before the refund was processed. I suggested they handle the return, and eventually, they did. After several delays, I received my refund nearly five weeks later. The email response I received blamed me for not operating the oven correctly, despite the technician's admission of a known issue with the unit. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
