Unlike other retailers that have easy return processes, I had to call customer service, which was a lengthy ordeal. I was informed that I would need to pay for return postage. When I expressed my frustration, the representative accused me of being threatening, which only added to my anger. The products may be decent, but I advise against buying from their online store.
