Panasonic direct UK had fooled me into returning a faulty Genius microwave, for a THIRD repair!! They said it would be for an inspection, only then could they offer me another solution to this sorry saga. This has been going on since April 2021.My microwave has been away now for over 3 months with TVRS Glasgow, yes a TV and Video repair shop, that covers the entire UK for Panasonic repairs !!Panasonic has offered me a 5%- 10% discount on another microwave from them, depending on what model I'd be stupid enough to buy from them again!!Needless to say this is not acceptable.I have asked for the microwave to be returned (after all they now claim this third time, that the fault cannot be replicated!!! Unbelievable, I've been without this microwave for over 7 months in total, and repaired twice, now no fault!! Panasonic are the worst customer service, and after sales company I have ever had the misfortune to buy from, and deal with.I was told by Panasonic I have to liaise with TVRS Glasgow for the return of the microwave (after all it is MY property), I have, as often before, phoned them several times, and never ever is there anyone to deal with my requests, always saying "someone will call you with regards to the return" they NEVER do. Clearly I can see why Panasonic direct UK have them for their service and repairs, because they're as bad as themselves !!! Utterly disgusted with both companies.My advice, please stay away from them!!!!
