This company is so difficult to deal with. My new Breadmaker needs to be returned. I recently purchased a new one to replace my aged Breadmaker, which although works perfectly( it’s the same model as my new broken one) is looking very worn and the plastic has cracked . The new Breadmaker never worked properly, producing flat heavy loaves, but using exactly the same ingredients from the same packets my old one works perfectly. I phoned their tec. department and was told to try new flour, new yeast, lemon juice etc, it’s as though they can’t get their heads round that the ingredients aren’t to blame it’s the machine. Eventually after several more calls they have agreed to collect the machine, which they have now booked two collections , neither of which turned up. Two days booked off work , complained but they say they are sorry and doing their best. Will not let me take it to be delivered by anyone else so I am now waiting for yet another collection. Maybe you could send me my replacement in the meantime? I asked. Apparently not, that’s just too much to hope for. Just don’t use them, it’s not worth the hassle, go to anyone else, they’ve got to be better.
