It is now the 12th of February and I still have had no response.Update. Still no response. I have now sent a copy of email and proof of payment so here’s hoping.I am trying to return an order. I paid my £3.50 and got an email saying my exchange was cancelled as I hadn’t paid. I have asked 3 times for this to be resolved b y email and chat and had no response. I have not received a return label or a QR code despite asking numerous times. I cannot track my exchange item as it says order not found so at the moment I am left with trousers that are to small. The customer service is terrible and the return process is increasingly frustrating. Very unhappy with this as they were recommended to me .
