LET THE BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered the drum in early December 2025 and as of 2/6/2026 I still have not received the mallets! My grandson who has ADHD is so diappointed. Customer srvice actually asked me to send a photo of the missing mallets. Numerous emails sent to follow up, and customer service does nothing to facilatate a solution, just apologises or fails to address the other issues I am having. Ad shows a music book - actually they sent me a 31 page PDF of instructions. False adverising for sure. Also missing extra stickers and numbers and drumstick holder. CS has done nothing to address these issues. SO DISAPPOINTED! INEFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOING NOTHING TO HELP ME. EMAILS UPON REQUES
