30 days post shipment and product not delivered tracking number does not work in their system. I have no idea if and when it will arrive. I have never done business with a company that provides false information on shipping times. I ordered the drum for my grandsons birth day. Disappointed to say the least. I plan to write to the Better Business Bureau and talk to my attorney after reading many similar reviews. Order date was listed as January 2026 and as of Feb 17th I have only received a message that it is on its way. Tracking number is useless.
LET THE BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered the drum in early December 2025 and as of 2/6/2026 I still have not received the mallets! My grandson who has ADHD is so diappointed. Customer srvice actually asked me to send a photo of the missing mallets. Numerous emails sent to follow up, and customer service does nothing to facilatate a solution, just apologises or fails to address the other issues I am having. Ad shows a music book - actually they sent me a 31 page PDF of instructions. False adverising for sure. Also missing extra stickers and numbers and drumstick holder. CS has done nothing to address these issues. SO DISAPPOINTED! INEFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOING NOTHING TO HELP ME. EMAILS UPON REQUES
Gift for 8 yr old granddaughter who loved it and engaged her quickly. Think it has the potential for many aspects of development—musical appreciation and performing, creativity, memory, persistence, eye-hand skills, dealing with various emotions,etc etc
As an affiliate, I promoted their products and generated real sales, but when it came to payouts, it's been an absolute disaster - they owe me commissions and have completely refused to pay anything after months of waiting. Support ignores emails entirely; you send follow-up after follow-up, and they treat you like you don't exist. No explanations, no updates, just total silence and disregard. This business is utterly untrustworthy; they exploit your free promotion and leave you high and dry without a single penny. Strongly advise against partnering with them - massive frustration and waste of time!

However, the second drum seemed to be on a slow journey and got stuck in transit. Fortunately, the support team acted swiftly and ensured that the drum arrived just in time on December 24! Their attentiveness, responsiveness, and helpfulness were remarkable. I mentioned to them how valuable their efforts are, as exceptional representatives like them are rare. The drums exceeded my expectations, and my grandchildren (ages 8 and 10) were absolutely delighted with the beautiful sounds they could create. It's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received my package. I'm starting to feel like this is a scam! It ships from overseas, but that wasn't mentioned. The situation is completely unacceptable! I have proof that it was ordered on November 23 from the company. Don't alter the facts!
