I have no doubt that the products selected for sale are well thought through and of high quality. My issue is with the delivery. I accept that this could have been a "one off" but my order was placed at the end of Feb and as of writing (mid-April) it still has not arrived. What concerns me is I had to do the chasing to get the team to track down the issue and resolve. When ordering via Ali-Express all items have been delivered within 10 days (inc electrical items with batteries). Ali-Express also seems to have tracking systems in place to identify when things are not going to plan. PP need to improve in this area and keep a monitor on deliveries getting stuck in the system.
