First of all I am a big fan on Joe and China cycling for some time now and I really value his work but…I am saving money for a frame upgrade and I missed the Black Friday sale due to budget constraints. I reached out to the sales support and fair enough I got the response that that’s not possible but the way it was communicated was far from good customer experience.

Have been waiting for over 3 months for my order of titanium thru axles to be delivered. Order placed on 15th September 2025 and still no sign. Communication is extremely poor with any request for updates having to be initiated by the customer.
I ordered a Quick Pro ER:one when it was released. After a last-minute change of mind, I decided to size up, the returns process was really easy and Tom from the customer care team handled everything really well. After an issue with the frame and seatpost, again, Tom responded quickly and was understanding of the issue. If you are worried about buying a non-Western brand due to the customer experience, Panda Podium bridges that gap. Can't reccoemnd enough!
I lost a spacer for Farsports f1x handlebar that came off whilst riding (that's probably not supposed to happen but I didn't design it)I was told I need to pay $45 for a new one, that seems ridiculous for a small piece of plastic so I wanted to know another solution. I found a review on another handlebar from the same company and they seemed to send it to him for free.Then they stopped responding to my email. Expected much more from panda podium but seems like they don't give one. Feel like I dodged a bullet after I was considering to buy a wheelset from Farsports and pandapodium if this is the customer service for a design flaw.I ordered the part after having no other option and they never sent it, unbelieve situation. Cant use the handlebar so I can't use my bike.
I have no doubt that the products selected for sale are well thought through and of high quality. My issue is with the delivery. I accept that this could have been a "one off" but my order was placed at the end of Feb and as of writing (mid-April) it still has not arrived. What concerns me is I had to do the chasing to get the team to track down the issue and resolve. When ordering via Ali-Express all items have been delivered within 10 days (inc electrical items with batteries). Ali-Express also seems to have tracking systems in place to identify when things are not going to plan. PP need to improve in this area and keep a monitor on deliveries getting stuck in the system.
The products offered are good and the support team was very helpful, friendly and quick to resolve any issues and answer questions. The product arrived well packed and as described, even with a small gift 🙂2 things: at the time of purchase, there was no updated inventory on the website, so I was required to contact pandapodium per email to ask if the size I wanted was available, although the reply was fast, it could be better if the availability is directly visible on the website, like in most online shops. Buyers be aware, the “free-delivery” takes 4-5 weeks (to Europe) and the delivery tracking is not reliable timely updated. I’d buy directly from OEMs and they usually get stuff to Europe in half that time, also at no extra cost. Premium delivery is for my pockets, too expensive. Not that bad in general, but that’s something one should know, as it’s stated in pandapodiums website (they are transparent about it).

An amazing combination that allows them to provide the best customer support I've ever had. I just love them, and love that I can trust them completely. Edited: because after re-reading I no English very good apparently.
