I ordered 10 panels of white marble for export outside the UK and 10 Gold panels were delivered. They have refused to take responsibility for their error. They asked the panels to be shipped back to the UK which would cost £450 more expensive than the 10 panels. I would have to get my lawyer to write them for any sort of compensation.
