What a great company the quality of the panels well packaged i got the 240x60 and they fit nice and snug from floor to ceiling no cutting and quick delivery within 2 days i will tell all my freinds to order theirs and i will order more too great driver too polite and very helpful. Super happy with my order.☆☆☆☆☆
Warning DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
1. Ordered and paid in full for 12 panels.
2. Email received saying delivery will be done on the following day.
3. Email said they need 48hrs to cancel this delivery or be charged £20.00!! (not possible, so took day off work)
4. Checked the delivery tracking system, I was drop 17 and drivers eta was 22:16.
5. Called driver, “Yep will be with you at 22:16, is that OK” - checked again delivery now 23:33…
6. Waited up until 23:30. No delivery made
7. Email sent to company, was told that due to H&S driver stop’s delivery at 21:00…Would like to be informed this fact.
8. Not one call from company.
9. Broken contract non-delivery is a breach of contract, making the retailer—not the courier—responsible.
10. You have been warned.

I ordered my item over 4 weeks ago, i have had 3 separate delivery dates where i have taken time off work to wait in and on each occasion the item has failed to turn up.
I have emailed back and forth several times with absolutely no solution and there apparently has been no management in to speak to me for 2 weeks now.
Worst service i have received and i would not order from this company!
I've been attempting to contact the service for the past four days with no response! Their phones are not being answered—why is that? They promote their phone number, and I'm trying to reach customer support. This level of service is unacceptable. I wanted to place an order over the phone, but I think I'll take my business elsewhere.
I ordered three panels, and one arrived damaged. I was offered a partial refund unless I could trim and reuse it. They sent a replacement, which was also damaged. Delivery was delayed for a week, impacting my living room project before Christmas. The new panel also arrived damaged. When I reached out again, I was given the same options. I opted to trim it to avoid further delays with my flooring installation. However, when I requested the partial refund, they claimed my photos weren't clear enough to assess the damage. They didn't respond to my email initially, so I had to follow up. The pictures were clear. I've resent everything and am waiting for a reply, but I'm not optimistic. I would never use this service again.
Fantastic experience. I ordered panels and received a call the following day to confirm my order. The delivery arrived a week later. I had some doubts initially since the price was significantly lower than other panels I’ve bought, but I was extremely satisfied when they arrived.
I am extremely disappointed. After claiming my cousin's order had been delivered (which it was not), they only offered her a refund after we inquired, but under the bizarre condition that she pays £50??????? I am truly shocked and can't comprehend this situation! Can someone please explain this…!!
