Had a call within hours of ordering to confirm the order. Received a text regarding delivery date with plenty of notice. Driver called 40 mins before he arrived. Ordered the 18th, received 27th. They use their own vans so slightly longer than some places may offer but was worth the wait. As the title says, I can't fault their communication both by phone and email, the customer service team have a sense of humour which made our exchanges pleasant.
