We bought 8 panels and unfortunately there was a fault in the lacquer coating and it was flaking off. I telephoned Panel World on the Thursday, who sounded concerned and wanted to rectify as soon as possible. A man drove down from Birmingham on Sunday with 8 new panels which are fine.Good service, thanks.
