Ordered panels from this company.. arrived very quickly.. unfortunately 2 of the 4 panels arrived with deep scratches so were unusable. Sent email with photos explaining I couldn’t use elsewhere either as would be visible.. after 4 days I finally had a reply asking could I not use them elsewhere in the bathroom when I had already told them I couldn’t.. this was also met with no response. After a further 2 days I called them myself to ask what was happening.. this exchange got very heated but did lead to replacement panels arriving next day, one of these still damaged! Lost the Will at this stage so went to Amazon for a replacement. Avoid this company.
