I have been buying ciabatta bread from this restaurant. Today, the same bread was half the size it was supposed to be, and the quality went down for the same price. I called to complain to the manager. He said this is how it will be from now on. The answer was rude, and the quality was horrible. Well, from now on, they lost one customer. I spent close to $5 for a lousy, soft small bread. This is a rip-off.
