My new watch was defective from the start, losing about 50 seconds a day. I was advised to return it for a free service, and I expected the issue to be resolved. Nine months later, the same problem returned, but this time I was informed I would need to pay €580 for the service, which was presented as a 'favor.' It's disheartening to be treated this way after spending a significant amount on a brand new watch. The customer service has been abysmal.
