I had a fantastic initial buying experience with the representative who provided excellent service. As an experienced collector across various brands, I wanted a piece to commemorate my time in Singapore. On my way to another store, I decided to explore this boutique. I tried on several models and was particularly impressed by the 44mm e-steel variant with a grey gradient dial. I was promptly offered a drink and enjoyed some exquisite chocolate while learning about the brand. The representative even went above and beyond by including an extra strap and assisting with the tax refund process for me as a visitor. The customer experience was outstanding. Having visited Florence previously, I felt a sense of nostalgia for Europe, making this purchase even more meaningful. I've been wearing it almost daily on the white rubber strap and am contemplating acquiring the new, slimmer olive green version soon.
I had a great experience at the boutique. The staff went out of their way to assist me when I needed two spring bars for my watch. I received them in record time, and from the very first phone call, everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
My new watch was defective from the start, losing about 50 seconds a day. I was advised to return it for a free service, and I expected the issue to be resolved. Nine months later, the same problem returned, but this time I was informed I would need to pay €580 for the service, which was presented as a 'favor.' It's disheartening to be treated this way after spending a significant amount on a brand new watch. The customer service has been abysmal.

The strap quality is poor, and the customer service is lacking. I purchased the watch just 14 weeks ago, and the clasp buckle has already broken. The screw holding it in place is missing, and I reached out to customer service expecting a quick resolution. However, I was told that the strap and buckle are not covered by the warranty and that I need to send it to their service center at my own expense. When I suggested they arrange for collection, it was not an option. I am left with the choice of traveling to a stockist or paying for the buckle repair myself. The service has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend them.
I had a really negative experience with the brand. I bought an expensive model that was defective from the start. When I returned it, they wanted to charge me for repairs! Their website is frustrating to navigate. I am shocked at how unprofessional and unreliable they have become. It's very disappointing.
I regret the day I bought this watch. About six months after purchase, I encountered an issue with the strap connection. It took two months to resolve, and I was charged over €600 for repairs, which had nothing to do with the strap issue. They opened the watch and cleaned it, but I believe they were just looking to charge a fee. The repair documentation did not address my original problem. Where is the warranty?
I bought a watch for $12,000 that has repeatedly malfunctioned. At the boutique, I was told that many others have similar complaints, and they just sell the watches while the headquarters is responsible for quality. It's incredibly disappointing. I plan to sell my watch online as soon as it is returned to me in working condition.
I purchased a watch a few years ago, and it has been exceptionally fragile and unreliable. From the start, it had a noisy rotor, which was dismissed as a 'feature.' After dropping it on carpet, it broke within five months, costing me over £600 to repair. A year later, I faced more issues and had to pay another £400. Despite being under warranty for some repairs, I am now facing additional charges, which is frustrating. I have given up on this brand, as I have had much better experiences with other brands.
