I regret the day I bought this watch. About six months after purchase, I encountered an issue with the strap connection. It took two months to resolve, and I was charged over €600 for repairs, which had nothing to do with the strap issue. They opened the watch and cleaned it, but I believe they were just looking to charge a fee. The repair documentation did not address my original problem. Where is the warranty?
