I purchased a watch a few years ago, and it has been exceptionally fragile and unreliable. From the start, it had a noisy rotor, which was dismissed as a 'feature.' After dropping it on carpet, it broke within five months, costing me over £600 to repair. A year later, I faced more issues and had to pay another £400. Despite being under warranty for some repairs, I am now facing additional charges, which is frustrating. I have given up on this brand, as I have had much better experiences with other brands.
