If you plan to return an item, don't expect quick service or a guarantee for a refund. This was my last order from this company. The previous item was far superior to what I received. The money spent on products deserves respect for the customer, which is clearly lacking here. I will escalate this issue to my financial institution to recover my funds, as my concerns are being completely ignored. Very disappointing service.
