I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PANGAIA. The quality is shockingly bad — honestly, it can’t even be compared to the cheapest line from H&M.
I wore the set for the very first time - no washing, no special treatment, straight out of the packaging - and the fabric started shedding excessively. The material pills and leaves fibers everywhere. My socks, the floor, and even other surfaces were covered in lint after just a few hours of wearing it. This is not minor pilling - the clothing literally sheds and contaminates everything it touches.
This is completely unacceptable for a brand positioned as premium and sustainable. At this price point, basic durability and wearability should be guaranteed.
Unfortunately, I only tried the items after the return window had closed. Now I’m stuck with a full set of clothing that is essentially unwearable. These garments are simply not fit for purpose.
Very disappointing experience. I expected high-quality essentials - what I received feels like a defective product.
Would not recommend at any cost.
I used to love this company but lost my trust after few of my returns have not been processed and I only managed to get my money back after opening a PayPal case.
Once I also had a situation that the item was cancelled from the order and despite an apology and written notification from the customer service I had to open a PayPal case again.
If you want to order here, please make sure your payment is protected. Otherwise you might need to take legal actions in order to get your money back.
After few years the quality is not the same anymore. I liked that the items were mostly produced in Europe but today I see “made in Turkey”on the label.
Is it still environmentally friendly at all ?
If you're considering returning a product, don't expect prompt service or even a refund. My order numbers were mentioned, and this will be my final purchase from this seller. The previous item I received was superior to this one. The price paid for products warrants respect for customers, which is clearly lacking here. The customer service is shockingly bad, almost as if they rely on automation. I initiated a simple return for a damaged item in September. I received multiple apologies and promises for a replacement or refund, but no return label was sent, and now they claim the return period has lapsed, despite it being a defective product. A frustrating experience overall.

I had used a voucher to purchase it, but customer service informed me that they wouldn't refund the voucher amount and would only refund the remaining cost. After posting this review, I received a replacement voucher that unfortunately didn’t work. I emailed customer service yesterday and got no response. I tried the website chat today and received an acknowledgment, but then communication ceased again.
I have purchased many items from the company and find the material quality to be exceptional. No one offers tees, shorts, or sweats quite like them. The value is unmatched, and these items stand out from what you typically find in large department stores.
I swapped my item for a different size, which was confirmed. Now nearly two weeks later, there's been no shipping or tracking updates. All I receive are automated responses without any human interaction. This situation is unacceptable. I want either the item I paid for or a refund, but no one is responding.
I own several pieces from this brand, and after years of use, my t-shirts have held up remarkably well. I have some that feature an odor-reducing treatment, and it genuinely works! I appreciate the brand's focus on sustainability and innovation (and I would love to see the crop tops return!).
