Order placed on 15th October

I placed an order on 15th October and paid an additional fee for express delivery to ensure my furniture arrived before a Diwali gathering. The company confirmed a Friday delivery, but the items never arrived. When I called, I was told the delivery was rescheduled for a week later due to some miscommunication. There was no follow-up message or email. They charged me for a premium service but completely failed. As a regular customer, I expected better, but the store manager was unhelpful and only offered to cancel my order.
