Disappointing online purchase experience

Purchased a product online

I ordered a console online that required no assembly. While the product was delivered, it did not match the description provided in the online photos. Poor quality dining chairs with no support

The dining chairs I purchased are of extremely low quality. Out of eight, two broke shortly after purchase—one after just two weeks of use by a child, and the other broke after two months in the same spot. This appears to be a manufacturing defect. I now have six remaining chairs, but I don't trust their durability at all. The metal seems weak and not suitable for daily use. Customer support has been even worse; they completely ignored my complaint. I cannot recommend these chairs.

Very low quality and nonexistent support

Do not purchase from this seller! The bed they delivered broke just two hours after installation, and it's been a week without anyone coming to fix it! Each day I spend 30 minutes on the phone to reach a representative, who promises someone will call to arrange a repair, but no one shows up. It feels like a scam, and the customer care team seems nonexistent! How can a bed break so quickly?

Avoid this seller!

The worst experience I've had! The prices might seem appealing, but at what cost? The first item I bought, a baby crib, came with a missing screw. When I returned an item, I never received my refund. Then I ordered two matching nightstands but only received one, and they informed me the second one would never be restocked! I can't return the one I have, and I never got refunded for the missing item! This company feels fraudulent; steer clear if you don't want to lose your money! It's shocking that such a business is allowed to operate.

Helpful staff and reasonable prices

The team at the store on Umm Suqeim Street is very helpful, especially a representative who went above and beyond in the cushions section. The prices are quite good, even cheaper than other places, making this my preferred furniture store.

Avoid purchasing anything

Do not buy anything here! They are a complete scam! My products never arrived, and they refuse to issue refunds! This is an absolute scam! It's as if this business doesn't exist; they take your money without delivering products! I'm still waiting for my refund, which I had to request after not receiving any emails. They keep sending me mixed messages about my order! I plan to report them for their fraudulent practices.

I placed an order on 15th October and paid an additional fee for express delivery to ensure my furniture arrived before a Diwali gathering. The company confirmed a Friday delivery, but the items never arrived. When I called, I was told the delivery was rescheduled for a week later due to some miscommunication. There was no follow-up message or email. They charged me for a premium service but completely failed. As a regular customer, I expected better, but the store manager was unhelpful and only offered to cancel my order.
