I ordered a Rexite contretempo clock on 2nd December It is now over 2 months and no news. I've emailed 3 times for updates (all after the 3-5 weeks expected delivery time was over), the first two times I received a response saying I needed to be patient (after 5 and then 7 weeks of waiting) and they were waiting for news from supplier. The third time I emailed 2 weeks ago and no response. The chat function is now telling me my order is on hold and I have no idea why. Please can you be honest about what's going on? I either want to know a delivery date or get a refund. Clearly from other reviews this is a consistent problem so be aware before you buy from here!
