We placed an order for a mirror to be delivered to the States in September 2025. Since then, there has been a complete lack of communication or updates regarding the item, which hasn't arrived after FOUR months despite the promised delivery timeframe being just a few weeks. I have called, left messages, and emailed multiple times but received no response. It's baffling how this business continues to operate. I wish I had seen the reviews before making my purchase.

I had a very disappointing experience. The product was advertised as in stock. After waiting for two weeks and sending multiple emails, I received no response. They also didn't answer my calls. They finally replied once, stating the manufacturer might produce the item in December, but it was a limited edition that would never be made again. They are refusing to refund me, so I reported the issue to my bank. This shop should be avoided.

Initially, I was worried I wouldn't receive a response regarding a replacement item, as I had tried reaching out through various channels. However, I did receive an email confirming they will replace the broken item in my order. I will update this review once I receive the replacement.
I ordered a stool in July and after sending around 20 emails, as of October 20, I still have not received anything for £500. They failed to honor their delivery promises and eventually stopped communicating altogether. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This has been a complete waste of my time.
Do not purchase from this company; once they have your money, they show no concern. I have an item that broke within the warranty period, which they initially acknowledged, but then they stopped responding altogether. They don’t answer calls or emails. They have not honored the warranty and it feels like a scam.
I advise against using this company. They accepted £1320 from me for eight dining room chairs, promising a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks. After eight weeks, I received no communication and my emails and voicemails went unanswered. I eventually had to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
