Very disappointed. Ordered two George Jenson photo frames on June 3rd. Order no #PD4098 no sign of them. Finding it impossible to negotiate their website and find out what has happened. The frames were expensive. Used Shop Pay. Their website is useless , it requires loading an app to track the package. Never had this problem before. Just want my purchase or a refund C Whittle
