Wow, just see their reviews and wish I did before I used them! Bought a £140 storm lamp pack few months ago, brand new never used. Went to use it for the first time and found that the seal on the fuel base was completely out! Asked for help, first they wanted proof, which is fair then laods of, Oh well you had this for a while! I send them photos it was still NOT OPENED! I did not want a refund, but they want me to send it for inspection first at my expense!! This has a 2 year warranty! I will NOT buy another item of this company and their staff is VERY condescending!
