Ordered a chair back in April. It was a made to order chair. Fine. I can wait. However, too much hassle to get an update, confirm delivery, ....etc Not proactive approach, meaning they don't proactively contact the customer waiting for an update, I had to chase them constantly. Tried to call the office several times: voicemail. Never got a call back. It's now been exactly 6 months. Won't order from this company, especially high value items.
