I placed an order on the 18th July and received a confirmation email of my order saying I'll be informed when the product is sent out. I've called since many times and emailed once but can't seem to get a response...I followed up again having been told I'd be contacted on the 6th October- no word came. I followed up again on the 11th and was told they had no further info. Now cancelled the order- nearly three months of delay, no delivery of course, and every interaction has had to be chased by me. Not a company I would use again, really useless.
