It’s difficult as with this stuff the lead times on stock is quite long, I have bought from other retailers of these kinds of products and it can take a while .. especially when the factory closes for summer! Was difficult to get through to someone but there were valid reasons and When they were in touch they were extremely helpfulI look forward to receiving my item!I would buy from them again
