And the customer service is even worse when I was kinda complaining about the wait time and this was the Chief Operations Officers response when I made a ticket: If you **haven't used your brain or saw recently**, our team is working on getting our 5.0 version sorted out as that's a key part of keeping Panora Connect up and functional.
On top of that, not sure why you think you're entitled to getting your ranking account approved. Not sure who told you that you're entitled to getting it approved either, but you will wait like everyone else. Our team is busy with hundreds of other things than a simple ranking account.
Moving past the ranking account, if you can't wait and continue to blabber about how you're going to use "ranking.services" or "rankgun" be my guest, your loss. Good luck paying $10 a month for a key when Panora doesn't require you to pay $10 for a simple ranking key.
