Terrible, the account processing takes way more then 48 hours if you aren’t in US. And the customer service is even worse when I was kinda complaining about the wait time and this was the Chief Operations Officers response when I made a ticket: If you **haven't used your brain or saw recently**, our team is working on getting our 5.0 version sorted out as that's a key part of keeping Panora Connect up and functional.
On top of that, not sure why you think you're entitled to getting your ranking account approved. Not sure who told you that you're entitled to getting it approved either, but you will wait like everyone else. Our team is busy with hundreds of other things than a simple ranking account.
Moving past the ranking account, if you can't wait and continue to blabber about how you're going to use "ranking.services" or "rankgun" be my guest, your loss. Good luck paying $10 a month for a key when Panora doesn't require you to pay $10 for a simple ranking key.
So, next time when you want your ranking account to be approved, let's wait like everyone else. We're doing our best to process everything as quickly as possible, but patience goes a long way, and everyone's request is just as important as yours.

I’ve switched from bloxlink to panora and ever since then, i’ve noticed positive changes. Panora is reliable and easy to work with, including fast customer service if you need help. WingOn has noticed consistent activity with the Panora bot and hasn’t found any issues so far. Panora has replaced our verification as Bloxlink wasn’t working much anymore and let’s just say Panora did not disappoint. I also love how open the team is to receiving suggestions and feedback 💕
i hated it. In theory its simple but when i used it it did not work at all, and once i got verification form filled itrefused to verify me and i had to do it again only for it to say something along the lines of “try again later” so i did exactly that and whaddya know? Same response, i repeated this process 4 more times before giving up. Would NOT recommend

Panora Connect is a very well developed platform. The action triggers feature helps me and my company with announcing trainings, shifts and other events easily without the hassle of copying and pasting formats. Since I bought the Elite plan when it was a lifetime subscription, they let me and other Elite members keep the lifetime subscription. Panora has a great ranking system for promoting and demoting in-game and even in our Discord server. Much better than Hyra and similar platforms. I also use their Ranking Center and Application Center. The staff team is wonderfully structured and their support is amazing. Overall, well developed company and I am glad to be an Elite member of Panora Connect.
