Terrible service from Colchester panther taxis again. Taxi was booked in the morning for an elderly relative’s late evening journey home. Taxi cancelled by panther 10 mins before pick up. Frustrating and distressing for relative. This is not the first time we have had a late cancellation from panther but it will be the last time we use them.
