Shocking attitude from this company. Taxi booked in advance. Did not turn up. Apparently they call in advance to check you are in the correct location. They do not tell you this when they take the booking. If you do not answer the call they don’t come. We were left out in the cold for 30 mins very late at night waiting for them to appear. Driver was fine when a new taxi was ordered but we will not use this company again.
