Once again, the service was disappointing. A taxi was arranged in the morning for an elderly relative’s late evening trip home, but it was canceled by the company just 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup. This was frustrating and distressing for my relative. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've faced a late cancellation, but it will definitely be the last time we rely on them.
