Very disappointed with my experience with paper republic.I placed a Christmas order (order #425457) in mid-December. The parcel had an address issue with UPS, which I reported immediately to customer service, providing the correct details. Despite several follow-ups, the team took a long time to react, and the parcel eventually got sent back to them.I was repeatedly told the package would be resent “as soon as possible”, but I never received a new shipment, a new tracking link, or even a clear timeline. It’s now mid-January, the Christmas gift never arrived, and I’ve had to ask for the order to be cancelled and fully refunded.The products look great, but between the delays, the lack of proactive communication, and the absence of a concrete solution in the context of a Christmas gift, I can’t recommend this brand. I was expecting a much more reliable and responsive customer service for a so-called premium product.
