Ordered a diary in early December in preparation for the new year only to be told on the 9th January that they had oversold the diary’s and I could expect it in February !!!!! Why would I want a diary two months into the year ? Absolutely ridiculous way of conducting business. Asked for a refund to which I was told no, because the item will be dispatched once it is produced ! Offered 10% off on my next purchase as an apology, newsflash guys, I won’t be making a next purchase from you when you are unable to fulfil the one I made over a month ago !!!!
