I used to be a dedicated customer and loved their offerings. It was disheartening to hear about the closure of the local store, but I believed I could still order online, as confirmed by the staff. However, when I tried to place an order in November, I found this option unavailable. My attempt to reach out to customer service resulted in what seemed like a generic response. I have accumulated loyalty points worth 45 euros, which I am unable to redeem now. I expected the company to inform their Norwegian Club members about the shipping termination. Ending shipping without any notification feels intentionally misleading. This is disappointing behavior from a brand that claims to be guided by ethical principles.
